We will be glad to help you with shipping from Iowa City if you are not located here.  Listed below are the requirements for us to help you.

Please email us at mailboxesic@mailboxesic.com or through our contact page. Include your name, address and phone number, along with a description of the item(s) that we are picking up.  If you would like an estimate we will try to help you to the best of our ability but cannot be held responsible for discrepancies once we have received the item(s).  For estimates, please send the weight, dimensions, insurance value, description of the item and destination.  We will email you a response once we have evaluated the information.

You will need to read, sign and return our Out of Town Shippers agreement  and Credit Card Authorization form before we pick up the item(s). The seller may also ask you to sign and return a release form in order for us to pick up the item(s) on your behalf.

There is a $35 pick up fee in addition to any shipping and packaging charges incurred.

 We will not ship items on another shipper’s account number.

Credit Card information must be provided by fax or over-the phone before we will pick up the item(s). Credit Card Holder authorization is required. International Credit Cards not accepted. 

If payment is not received within 7 days of receipt, Mailboxes of Iowa City reserves the right to dispose of your item(s).
