We package everything to carrier packaging specifications.* If there is damage or loss when your package arrives, Mailboxes of Iowa City will handle all of the claim** paperwork and process it in a timely fashion.

Mailboxes of Iowa City will provide FREE PICK UP SERVICE when you package and ship with us.  This can save you the hassle of transporting large, heavy or fragile items.  Just give us a call and we can arrange a specific pick up time.
