Mailboxes of Iowa City is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The carriers do not operate on these holidays. The US Postal Service is closed on Veterans Day, Columbus Day, Presidents Day and MLK Day as well, but Mailboxes of Iowa City is open for business on those holidays and is able to process your UPS, FedEx, DHL, SpeeDee and US Postal Service shipments.
